Ferrozen Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built the Auction Arbitrage Overlay Chrome Extension to help resellers analyze wholesale auction listings on B-Stock. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains exactly what data the extension stores, where it stays, and what we do not do. In short: the extension runs entirely on your own device and has no backend server.

1. What We Store

The extension stores only the settings you choose — locally on your device only, using the Chrome browser's built-in chrome.storage.local API. This includes:

• Your analysis settings — values you enter or adjust in the extension, such as your target resale percentage, target profit, platform fee, shipping, buyer's premium, and your editable category-rate reference list.
• Per-seller defaults and per-lot adjustments — so the overlay remembers the numbers you last used for a given seller or listing.

That is the complete list. The extension does not require an account, a login, or any API keys or credentials of any kind.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your browsing history or track which pages you visit.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
• We do not transmit any data to our servers. We have no backend server.
• We do not share, sell, or rent any data to third parties.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs of any kind.
• We do not collect financial information, payment data, or your auction bid history.
• We do not require or store any API keys, passwords, or third-party credentials.
• We do not run on, or read content from, any pages other than B-Stock auction listing pages, as declared in the extension's host permissions.

3. How the Extension Reads Listing Pages

On a B-Stock listing page, the extension reads the page's own content — the lot's retail totals, unit count, and item manifest — directly in your browser in order to calculate a suggested maximum bid. This information is processed locally and shown to you in the on-page overlay. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

Everything described in Section 1 is stored using chrome.storage.local, which is:

• Stored entirely within your local Chrome browser profile
• Accessible only by this extension, not by websites or other extensions
• Deletable at any time by removing the extension from Chrome

5. Outbound Search Links

To help you research resale value, the overlay shows one-click search links for items in a lot. When you click one, your browser simply opens a normal search results page on eBay, eBay (sold listings), or Facebook Marketplace in a new tab, pre-filled with the item's keywords.

These links are only followed when you click them — the extension does not contact those sites in the background, and it sends them nothing beyond the search you chose to run. Once you are on one of those sites, that site's own privacy policy governs your activity there.

6. Children's Privacy

This extension is intended for adult business use only. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and publish the updated policy at the same URL. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
